City Administrator Resigns to Accept New Position

Pocahontas City Administrator Greg Fritz has resigned to accept the position of Chief Executive Officer with the North Iowa Municipal Electric Cooperative Association in Humboldt.  Fritz began his duties as City Administrator on July 1, 1995.  His last day is tentatively scheduled for March 31st.

Electric Supt. Announces Retirement

Electric Supt. Jack Gould has announced his retirement effective May 15th.  Gould has served as the City's Electric Supt. since May 1986.  The City has started their search for Gould's replacement.  More information on the position can be found here.
